TIMOTHY JOHNSON, PRINCIPAL & Designated broker
Tim began his career in commercial real estate in 1993, and in 2002, he established Timothy Johnson Commercial Properties, known today as Johnson Commercial. His interest in and vision for good real estate and business endeavors has had a long history. He is a Pacific Lutheran University graduate, and a former Clover Park School District Board Member and Rotarian. Tim is a fourth generation Tacoma native who was the president of Gerrish Bearing Industries prior to pursuing a career in commercial real estate. He is a member and regular attendee of the International Council of Shopping Center's annual convention, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, and a CXO International member. With more than 30 years of experience managing sales and leasing transactions for retail shopping centers, industrial warehouses, and professional and medical office buildings, Tim's values are centered on providing honest, innovative strategies and premium customer service.

Andrea is a third generation Tacoma native who received her BA from Seattle Pacific University in 2008. She gained experience in the real estate field by serving as marketing coordinator and administrator for Johnson Commercial during her high school and college years. She then moved on to project administration at A/E firm BCRA in Tacoma, before becoming licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 2021. Andrea enjoys facilitating smooth sale and lease transactions for her clients, whether they be small local businesses or national corporations. She is a current member of CBA, and a regular attendee of ISCS Las Vegas.

Margot began working for Johnson Commercial in 2004. She studied at the University of Maryland in Munich, Germany, and graduated from Pacific Lutheran University. As a previous owner of an artisan ceramic sink and tile business, she understands the particular needs of small businesses. She provides sales and leasing services for the industrial and retail sectors, as well as professional and medical office properties. As part of the Johnson Commercial team for over 20 years, Margot's primary goals are to promote our client's properties and increase their property investment potential.
JACK TRAINOR, BROKER
Jack began his commercial real estate career with Trammell Crow Company in San Francisco, California as a project director and partner. In 1993, he established his own firm in the Reno/Sparks market, developing over 3 million square feet of industrial and commercial space. Jack established a community development arm of Trainor and Associates as a vehicle for developing the Northwest Reno Library, Idlewild Skatepark, Idlewild Kiddieland and the Galena Creek Lodge. He also ran an active foundation, hosting over 3,000 at-risk children in outdoor enrichment programs. Jack relocated to the Tacoma market in 2018 as Vice-President of Development for Horizon Partners’ Brewery Blocks development. Jack is now a broker with Johnson-Commercial and has a non-profit real estate consulting practice.
